Hotel was great with exception of the pool bathroom. It was very stuffy and there was mold on the shower walls. There is an exhaust fan but it is dead and if it did work there is no make up air to have it exhaust. There is no vent in the very tight fitting door. The door could use replacement anyway, since it does not close correctly.

In room hot tub was amazing. Rooms were quiet and clean..breakfast was decent. Muffins, bagels, cereal and waffles. I enjoyed my time here. Staff was nice and helpful when needed. Location was close to tons of restaurants and shopping. 6 mins to beach.

Room 104 was clean and comfortable. The rug in hallway needs replacement poor condition, ice machine been dead in water looks like a while, the breakfast needs more not much choice, desk help was good, and could use another table in lobby. Tv channels were small choice but good. Internet worked well

When booking a searched for a 5 star hotel, upon walking into the lobby, there was a bad smell (old and stuffy) and the carpets were filthy. I’m very picky but the room ok.

The Wave hotel is a family favorite, the front desk and staff are a joy to be around and very helpful. Love the pool and the breakfast eats really gets your day going.As well as coffee 24/7.Hoping the Wave has a great summer ,see yall again. LOVE from West Va.
